1/3 cup almond milk
3 small or medium ripe avocados
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 tbsp agave nectar (depending on your sweetness preference)
In a food processor, puree avocados with almond milk until smooth. Melt chocolate chips and put in food processor with the avocado mixture, along with the vanilla and agave. Blend until fully incorporated, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour, until completely chilled (it may thicken just a bit). Serve with strawberries, if desired.
