Ingredients
- 300g butter
- 300g castor sugar
- 3 eggs (extra large or large)
- 300g potato starch
Directions
Cream butter and sugar
Add one egg at a time
Sift in potato starch
Place in ring pan
Bake at 180° for about 30mins or until set – can take a while longer
Allow to cool, turn out and sprinkle with icing sugar
