Go ahead and enjoy your morning cup of coffee with this healthy twist. Cut out the caffeine jitters, gain more extended energy through out the day and boost your daily intake of healthy, beneficial fats. The blender emulsifies the MCT oil (or coconut oil) and butter giving your coffee a nice creamy latte effect. Who knew Buttered Coffee would be so wonderful?!
- 2 cups of organic strong-brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 2 tablespoons grass-fed Kerry Gold Butter
- 2 tablespoons MCT Oil or coconut oil
Brew Organic Coffee.
Place fresh brewed coffee, vanilla powder, grass-fed Kerry Gold butter, and MCT Oil into a blender for several seconds.
Pour into a mug and enjoy your buttered coffee immediately!
