- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed meal or wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
Put ground flax seed meal or wheat germ into blender to grind and further break down. This will also eliminate any bitterness from the flax seed.
Place the banana, blueberries, peanut butter, honey, yoghurt, and milk into the blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
