Avocado seeds are packed with health benefits!
1 1/2 cups of nut milk or water
1 ripe pear
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1/2 Hass avocado
1/2 Hass avocado seed (dehydrated and grated)
Small piece of ginger grated
1 stalk of celery with leaves attached
Big handful of ice
Variation – add a couple of dates or chunks of pineapple to taste
Preheat oven to 120 degrees. Remove avocado seed and rinse. Place in oven pan and dehydrate seed in the oven for 1.5 hours. Once seed has cooled to touch, discard dry outer skin. Cut the seed in half and grate one half for the smoothie.
Place all the ingredients in a power blender and blend until smooth. Thin down with more water if necessary.
