This tart and highly detoxifying drink can be enjoyed warm or over ice. Apple Cider helps with detoxification, digestive issues, sore throat, weight loss and bad breath. Add to the cinnamon tea and you have a winning combination!
Ingredients
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 cup of Hot Water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (Optional)
Instructions
- Cut lemon in half, squeeze into a mug filled with hot water.
- Add cinnamon, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup.
- Sprinkle optional Cayenne Pepper.
